I posted an earlier Diableries showing his incredible brushwork drawing of the Marquis~ a couple years ago I commissioned him to do a bigger piece with no direction from me, I told him just to have fun with it. I'm in Austin, TX at the Staple! comicon this weekend (or should be since this is an autopost before I left), and sharing a table spot with the talented Paul Maybury (Aqua Leung, Popgun, 24/7). And to also prove that Paul's a nice guy, he drew me this wonderful illo of the Marquis battling some sort of twisted and devilish Harpy!

Devils in Austin, TX!

I've been invited down for the Staple! Independent Media Expo this Saturday in Austin, Texas and also provided this years mascot (the above Town Crier Devil), based on their "Staplegator"!

The convention is on March 6th from 11am- 7pm, and I'll be doing a Q&A at noon. I'll also be at the pre-party Meet and Greet at Austin Books and Comics on Friday (starts at 8pm), along with taking part in Saturdays Live Art Show after the convention. The Marquis: Inferno goes back to print!

The first printing of The Marquis: Inferno is now sold out from Dark Horse and a second printing is on it's way! The 2nd printing should be shipping mid-to-late April for any stores looking to restock and thanks to everyone for the great response to the collection!
